Lawyer Mirko Nicolin
He graduated in law from the University of Parma.
He obtained the qualification to practice as a lawyer in 2008, after a forensic practice period. Now a signed member of the Vicenza Bar Association.
He has gained solid experience in commercial and corporate law with a particular interest in corporate law issues applied to agri-food, field deepened along the course of his studies and solved cases.
He expresses his professional passion by dealing with events related to corporate restructuration, both in the preventive analysis and judicial phases, as well as in the remediation and settlement special procedures;
He has studied various issues of agri-food law concerning corporate aspects, goods specifics and qualifications related to safety and traceability problems in the supply chain.
He either lends his activities at judicial, extrajudicial and arbitration levels, providing service to Italian and foreign individuals and companies.
Married to a beautiful wife and has two spectacular children.
In his (little) free time, he dedicates himself to nature and photography.

Lawyer Antonio Ferretto
He graduated from the University of Padua in 1991. He has been a signed member of the Vicenza Bar Association since 1995, authorized to patronage in front of the Higher Courts since 2009.
He deals with administrative law. His focus is mainly on constructions, urban planning, contracts, public procurements, expropriation, and environment and energy.
He assists private individuals, companies, public administrations and public entities at both judicial and extrajudicial levels.
He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and seminars in his field of competence, promoted and organized by private training bodies and ANCI Veneto.

Lawyer Matteo Fochesato
Graduated in Law from the University of Verona with a Master’s Degree in 2010, he immediately practised forensics mainly in the civil field.
He got the title of professional mediator in civil law, in 2011, once obtained the qualification for the legal profession.
He set out doing in-depth professional studies in the various branches of civil law, focussing on banking law, contract law, civil executions, and credit recovery and protection.
In 2017 he completed the Altalex Master in civil executions, further refining his skills in the credit protection field.
In the two years 2018/2019, he attended the technical and ethical training course organized by the Criminal Chambers of Vicenza and Verona to become an Office Defense Attorney.
Now a signed member of the Vicenza Bar Association.

Lawyer Domenico Barbalace
He graduated from the University of Pisa in 2000 in Law, obtaining the qualification to practice as a lawyer in 2003.
Since his graduation under the guide of Vincenzo De Paola, he has always associated intense training and study activity along with the practice of his profession.
He gained considerable experience in the company participation acquisition and disposal, cession of business complexes operating in industrial and real estate’s various sectors.
He has gained extensive and diversified experience regarding bankruptcy law and, more generally, insolvency procedures, assisting companies in crisis or bankruptcy receivership.
He also gained significant experience in debt restructuring and business crisis management operations, having completed numerous arrangements with creditors (both liquidators and business continuity) as well as various reorganization procedures according to Italian Art. 67, paragraph 3, lett. d) and art. 182bis of the bankruptcy law.
He assists corporate clients in the negotiation and writing of commercial contracts, as well as other nature’s contracts regarding any type of dispute – judicial and arbitrational – with specific focus to the areas of commercial law, national and international contracts and corporate law.

Lawyer Mariangela Bove
After graduating in Law at the University of Padua, in 2018, she began forensics practice, mainly in civil and labour law.
She attended the annual exam preparation course for the qualification for the legal profession held by “Formazione Giuridica – Scuola Zincani”.
Since February 2020 she is a trainee qualified for substitute legal aid.
She is registered with the Vicenza Bar Association.
